Lefty Tech provides remote support for jobs that do not need me to be physically at the location. We use TeamViewer to remotely control your computer. It has two numbers used to connect the systems together, an ID and a password. The TeamViewer ID stays the same on your system; the password changes every time you start the program. It is a very secure remote maintenance solution, using fully encrypted data channels with 2048-bit RSA key exchange and 256-bit AES session encryption.
